Our aparthotel is really close to and within easy reach of Venice. The two are connected by the beautiful Ponte della Libertà (the Liberty Bridge), and our aparthotel is just a short walk (0.3km) from Venezia Mestre Station, where trains depart for Venice every 10 to 15 minutes and take just 10 to 12 minutes. Guests can also easily reach Venice by bus, taxi and water taxi.

Venice Mestre offers a more peaceful alternative to staying in the beautifully bustling Venice itself, and also has its own attractions. Chief among these is the vibrant town square of Piazza Ferretto, which is filled with shops, cafes and restaurants, and surrounded by interesting and historic sites such as the 18th century church, Chiesa di San Lorenzo, the restored 12th century clock tower, the Torre Civica, and stunning examples of ecclesiastical art at the Duomo di Mestre.

Yes, at our Staycafé we serve a continental breakfast buffet every morning from 7am to 11am, and hot and cold snacks, as well as beer, wine and spirits throughout the day and evening. You can easily add breakfast to your stay when you book directly with us on Staycity.com. It includes freshly baked breads and pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts and cereals, and costs €9 per day for adults, and €4.50 per day for kids.

There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing liquid, a sponge, a disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bags are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.

Unfortunately we cannot accept pets (except guide dogs of course). We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. 

We know that flexibility is more important than ever for our guests, and we want to give you ultimate peace of mind when you book with us. Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. Semi Flexible rates are payable on booking, but you can still cancel for free online up until 3pm 3 days before arrival.

No Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive or does not cancel within the cancellation policy time – they are treated as a “No Show”. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If they have booked a semi-flexible rate the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

We have accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.
